Shipping & Returns

● Processing Time- Buy online before 11.30am Mon-Sat (excluding any holidays) and we will send out the same day, if order is placed after 11.30am your order will go out the next business day.

● Cost Of Delivery- Delivery is charged at £4.99 no matter the size of the order.
● Delivery Method- Royal Mail tracked 24 hour delivery.
● Tracking- A tracking number will be given to all customers once dispatched (pls leave a mobile phone number and email for tracking to be sent to you).
● Returns- If you are unhappy with your purchase we are happy to accept returns, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, returned goods must be returned in their original unopened packaging & in their unused state, buyer pays for the safe return of the order. We will only give a full refund minus shipping fee once we have inspected the order (1-3 days after we receive the return back).
● Shipping Restrictions- We are unable to deliver to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Mann & P.O boxes.
